CCP spec v1.1 -- the mirror is dead. Two cows, two payloads, one root: the onion serves the key cow (key.png, ccp_pubkey); the clearnet cow carries only the onion pointer; the onion is the authentication, never TLS; pin the onion, always verify the key. v1.0 conflated the cows and blessed HTTPS mirrors of the key; the artifacts were right all along, the text now matches them.
